BATTERY PROGRAMMING
After assembling and installing the battery, it must be programmed in order for the car to interact with new battery cells or program a new battery. All necessary updates are also installed and finAfter assembling and installing the battery, the battery needs to be programmed. This will enable the car to interact with the new battery cells. So, using the latest technologies and equipment, we help our clients with battery programming. BATTERY replacement
To remove a 1200 lb battery pack from a Tesla Model Y, it requires a car lift with specialized, high-end equipment and a movable battery table that can handle the weight. For effective service delivery, this operation should be done by uniquely trained technicians with vast industry experience, like ours. When inexperienced personnel are engaged, they can break the connectors, in which case you will consequently need to replace the wires of the high-voltage system of the entire car, and this significantly increases the cost of the process.

BMS REPAIR
It's important to have a properly functioning Battery Management System (BMS) in order to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of the battery pack. The BMS is responsible for controlling and monitoring the charge rates, as well as bleed rates for cell balancing. This ensures that the battery pack is charged at the right rate and that each individual cell in the pack is balanced, which helps to prevent overcharging or undercharging of cells, which can lead to damage.
However, as with any electronic system, there is always the risk of component failures, which can cause the battery pack to fail. In such cases, it's important to have a reliable repair service that can diagnose and repair the faulty components down to the component level.

module REPlacement
Although rare, if enough cells have been compromised in a battery module, the next option is replacement of the module from donor packs which we maintain a supply of.
Each module contains 6 Bricks, or groups of parallel connected cells, and there are 16 of these Modules in each 85KW battery pack.
